We are delighted you have found your way to getting to know us! We like to think of ourselves as a family of people seeking after God, where nobody is perfect and anything is possible with God. As considerate hosts of special guests, we look forward to meeting you in person, and we want to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Our aim is to encourage and strengthen everyone in our journey together with God. Here are a few things to expect:
We believe God delights in meaningful creativity! What does that look like? Our music and decor reflect much of the beauty and creativity that we find natural to our environment. As you worship with us, you will find yourself surrounded with wood ceilings, arches and seating. Our music can be lively, yet sometimes quiet. Our crowd can be expressive as they praise God. We love guitars, drums, and keyboards, and often use videos. We wear anything comfortable and respectable. Many of us wear casual to business-casual dress, and, because of our multi-ethnicity, you will see African-style clothing. You will also see jeans, button-up shirts, T-shirts, pants, dresses and even a few suits. In it all, our aim is to glorify God with creative expression!
We believe the greatest way to worship God is to love people the way He does. So, every Sunday at 10AM, we gather to worship God, learn about His heart, and encourage one another as we form friendships and build supportive relationships. Our worship gatherings begin with everyone together: singles, families, adults, children, friends and soon-to-be friends! We usually kick off the morning with a call to worship and then a time of worshiping God through music, singing and prayer. We then share announcements about church family activities and receive an offering, followed by releasing our children to their own age-appropriate classes. After that, an inspiring and encouraging message is presented from the Scriptures so we can know God’s heart and learn to live life as He has promised to us. We usually wrap things up by about 12 Noon.
We are easy to find! Our church campus is located at 10 Hannum Drive, East Fallowfield, PA 19320 (about 2 ½ miles outside of Coatesville and 3 ½ miles east of Parkesburg). When you drive in, you will find parking spaces along the left side of Hannum Drive and a larger parking area just ahead of you (we have Accessible Parking directly in front of the entrance). Find your way to the double doors and our greeters and ushers will gladly welcome you in. See the map at the bottom of the page.
According to the example of Jesus, children are not a distraction; they are an important focus. We want all our children to feel joyously welcomed, while also learning to know God’s heart in a meaningful and safe environment. Kids begin the service with everyone, then just before the message they head to their own classrooms for a time designed just for them. Our nursery is available for children ages 0-3 and we provide age-appropriate Sunday School classes for Pre-Kindergarten through Senior High. Each class helps kids understand who Jesus is and how much He loves them. We have a trusted and caring team that will provide a place where your children can learn and grow—so you can fully enjoy the service.
